Our four Mihai Viteazu wind farms were fully permitted in 2010. From the municipality of Mihai Viteazu we received the last construction licences, which meant that these projects, totaling 80 MW, were ready to be constructed by beginning of 2011. The transfer of the corresponding rights from us to our customer, Iberdrola Renovables, S.A., was completed by March 10, 2011. Iberdrola Renovables, S.A. will install Gamesa turbines of the 2.0 MW size in these projects. The company scheduled the start of construction of its first Romanian wind farms for March or April, 2011.
Appart from this, the approval process for all of our other projects is well on its way. This includes the environmental impact assessments, the technical project design and description, the layout of the wind parks, the substations and overhead lines, the reinforcement of the existing grid, the registration of the signed land contracts, and so on. For all of our projects, City Planning Certificates (so called CU's) have been issued and planning permission was granted. Beside this, a lot of our projects received already the Zoning Permits (so called PUZ), and we expect to receive all missing Zoning Permits for the last of our projects within the coming months.
This is to inform interested parties that since April 10, 2013, our company has a new distri-bution of its Shareholdersmore
