We received granted grid connection for 1’500 MW of wind power in Tariverde, Dobrogea, Romania. The ATR document was issued by the Romanian grid operator Transelectrica on March 30th, 2010. It gives Eolica Dobrogea (Schweiz) AG the granted right to connect 1’500 MW of wind energy to the 400 kV grid split in 3 phases: 600 MW will be connected to the grid and be operational in 2012 - 2014, another 600 MW will be connected in 2014 - 2016 and the remaining 300 MW will be online as per 2016.

The portfolio of wind farms which we develop in Dobrogea consists of about 50 wind parks. The generated electricity will be fed into existing overhead power lines through a new transformer station which will be constructed in Tariverde nearby Constanta at the Black Sea Coast. The construction permit for this transformer is already issued.
